Shipping Policy

DELIVERY AREA

We deliver orders to all regions of the Republic of Cyprus. Delivery will be made to the address specified when you make the order. Deliveries to areas not easily accessible or outside standard courier coverage may require additional time or special arrangements. In cases where delivery cannot be completed, the User will be notified by email, and any payments made will be refunded in full.

PROCESSING AND DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Once processing is complete and the order is dispatched, delivery timeframes begin to apply according to the selected shipping method. Dispatch and delivery times may vary depending on product availability, order volume and User's location. The exact delivery date will be communicated to the User via email or SMS once the order has been dispatched.

While we strive to meet these estimated timeframes, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control (e.g., courier delays, public holidays, weather conditions). The User will be informed promptly of any significant delay. Late delivery does not entitle you to refuse or cancel the order.

SHIPPING METHODS AND FEES

Deliveries are handled through reputable courier services. Shipping fees are displayed during checkout and included in the order summary before payment.

Standard Home Delivery

  • Delivery time: 2–5 business days after the order has been processed

  • Cost: €3.00 (Free delivery for orders over €60)

Express Delivery

  • Delivery time: 1–2 business days after the order has been processed

  • Cost: €10.00

  • Available only for in-stock items. 

Pick-Up from Courier Shop (ACS / Akis Express / GAP)

  • Delivery time: 2–3 business days after the order has been processed

  • Cost: Free

  • Please see Akis Express points locations for a full breakdown of availability across Cyprus. If your address is not covered by Akis Express, please contact us. 

The User will receive an SMS or email notification when the order is ready for collection. 

Cash on Delivery (if requested): Payment is made directly to the courier upon receipt of the order.

ORDER TRACKING

Once the order is dispatched, the User will receive an email with a tracking number and instructions to monitor the delivery status.

DELIVERY CONFIRMATION AND RISK

Upon delivery, the User or a designated recipient must confirm receipt of the package. A signature is required at delivery. By placing an order you are authorizing us to accept a signature from another person on your behalf if you are not present at the time of delivery. A signature is required for all orders.

The risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to the User upon delivery. Ownership of the goods passes to the User only upon full payment and delivery.

FAILED DELIVERIES

If the courier is unable to deliver the package after reasonable attempts, the order may be returned to us. In such cases, our customer service will contact the User to arrange a redelivery or refund (excluding additional courier charges, if applicable).

RETURNS AND RETURN DELIVERY

Right of Return
Users have the right to return purchased items within 14 calendar days of receiving the order, in accordance with Cyprus Law 133(I)/2013 on Consumer Rights. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all labels attached.

Return Procedure
To initiate a return, Users should contact our customer service via the “Contact Us” page, providing the order number and reason for return. Our team will confirm the return instructions and courier address.

Return Delivery Costs

  • If the item is being returned due to a verified defect or incorrect delivery, we will cover the return shipping cost.

  • For voluntary returns (e.g., change of mind, size, or preference), the User is responsible for the return delivery cost.

  • Return delivery costs €3.40, depending on the courier service selected.

Refund or Exchange
Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method, except for cash payments, in which case you must provide your bank or card details for the refund. Refunds will be processed within 14 days or replaced with another item if requested and available. 
Products from the “Imperfect but Loved” section are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

At present, we only deliver within Cyprus. For requests outside Cyprus, please contact our customer service team before placing an order.

Whilst every reasonable effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the information displayed on this Website, Fire of Life does not guarantee that all descriptions, prices, stock availability, or delivery estimates are entirely error-free. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time without prior notice.

Fire of Life, its directors, employees, or associated companies shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss or damage arising from:

  • The use or inability to use this Website;

  • Delays or failures in delivery caused by third-party courier services or factors beyond our reasonable control;

  • Access to or reliance on information, content, or third-party websites linked from this Website.

Nothing in this disclaimer shall limit or exclude liability for defective products, personal injury, or consumer rights under applicable Cyprus or EU law.

All products are guaranteed in accordance with the manufacturer’s or seller’s warranty and applicable consumer protection laws.

Please note that in this case, you may be asked to provide proof of shipment (e.g., receipt or tracking code given to you by the delivery company when shipping the items), so that we can investigate the cause of the delay.
